There are two ways to become a Goosbaby merchant:

i) Sign up via our agent

You need to provide the required documents as below:

For company registered as Sdn Bhd: 

1. Owner’s NRIC – clear copy of NRIC/Passport, front and back 
2. Complete set of SSM – 

• Certificate of Incorporation under Section 17 (previously Form 9), 
• Particulars of Company under Section 14 (previously Form 44) and

1. Company’s bank account statement – header with the bank account number only
2. Business logo
3. Business Outlet Photo

ii) Via self-registration in Goosbaby website

Click on “Be a merchant” tab, and complete the Merchant Registration Form. Our operations team will guide you through the next steps.

There are two types of payments:

1) Revenue: Payment for products sold on our platform and diaper redemptions. Expect payment the next working day, subject to bank processing times. 

If the settlement date falls on a weekend or public holiday, it’ll be processed on the next business day.

2) Incentive: Additional incentives for diaper redemptions, as agreed upon signup and may vary based on a case-by-case basis. 

Incentive settlements occur monthly on the last Friday of the month.

Customers will show their Goosbaby App Redemption QR code, and our merchant partners will just make sure the diaper size is right before scanning the code using our Merchant App.

We’ll make sure merchants are well-prepared through training that covers the straightforward Standard  Operating Procedure (SOP) details.
